Since founding M.R. Insurance Consultants in 2008, Michael has specialized in helping physicians protect their income and make informed, confident financial decisions. With a nationwide client base, he is known for his clear, educational approach and deep understanding of the disability insurance marketplace. Michael and his team are committed to supporting physicians at every stage of their careers - from training through retirement. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends and exploring new places through travel.
Tyler Olson serves as a financial planner, having entered the field in 2005. He founded OlsonFP in 2018 to create a space for physicians to collaboratively create their financial plans, optimizing for what they want their life to be about. By means of his Twitter/X platform, and now as co-host of the Physician Cents podcast, he has assisted thousands of medical students and physicians one-on-one in getting their financial questions answered.
